Hi, I’m Julie. I know how all of this feels. I understand the complexity of anxiety, because this used to be me. It can feel like a silent battle, but I’m here to assure you that you’re not alone. Healing from anxiety is possible, and you don’t just have to cope with it!
Having personally experienced the emotional, physical and mental turmoil of anxiety for 30 years of my life, I understand the profound impact it can have on your wellbeing, and I can empathise with the challenges you face. I resisted medication due to the negative side effects, and talk therapy offered little relief.
Intuitively, I knew that there had to be a better way, a more effective approach to healing the anxiety I was experiencing. That’s when I discovered Marisa Peer and Rapid Transformational Therapy®️ (RTT®️). It has become my personal source of healing and transformation. Now, combined with Somatic Trauma Informed Coaching™️, I offer a holistic mind-body healing approach.
Through my own journey and working with clients, I’ve learnt that the root causes of anxiety disorders often stem from a younger version of ourselves yearning for love, understanding, and attention. While not always the case, the unique aspect of RTT®️ is that we get to real root cause of the anxiety, allowing you to heal naturally without spending years in therapy.
True healing from anxiety occurs when we address deep subconscious wounds - unresolved emotions and inaccurate core beliefs usually created in childhood. By processing and releasing trauma in mind and body, you can find freedom and healing.
Conventional talk therapies, like CBT, while valuable, often focus solely on fixing the problem on the thought level through, the conscious mind (which makes up 5% of your mind) and do not address the unconscious root causes, that are deeply held in the subconscious (95% of the mind) and emotionally conditioned to the body.

THERAPY SESSION
You are guided into a deep state of relaxation with hypnosis. You are in control the whole time and you will remember everything afterwards. We will uncover the root causes of your issue, heal core wounds, process and release unresolved emotions, shift and change outdated beliefs and create new, empowering beliefs and behaviours to set you free to be the person you want to be.
TRANSFORMATIONAL AUDIO
You will be given a bespoke transformational recording tailored specifically for you. This gives your mind the suggestions you need to upgrade and rewire your brain with new neural networks reinforcing the new positive, empowering beliefs and behaviours that you want as an outcome of the life you deserve and desire. You will listen to this recording for 30 days.
FOLLOW UP & SUPPORT
To ensure that you are supported and receive the maximum benefit from your therapy session, you receive follow-up coaching calls. If you’ve signed up for a program you also receive email, text or voice note support throughout the duration of your program. Follow up sessions and support will match the Program you have signed up for.

Rapid Transformational Therapy® uses hypnosis as a tool to access the subconscious mind to determine the root cause of why, what, where and how we developed our issue. The subconscious mind makes up 95% of our mind and we operate in auto pilot from it. Think of it as a giant library or vault of where everything you’ve ever experienced is stored. These imprints form our understanding of the world and our place within it. The beliefs we form are responsible for our thoughts, feelings and our behaviours. And often we need to look back at those old beliefs that are holding us back and affecting our behaviours in destructive ways. In doing this we notice so much more and form new understandings to allow us the possibility to see things differently.

Each Rapid Transformational Therapy® session lasts for 2 hours. For that reason, please set aside 2.5 hours of your time for the session.

The experience feels different for different people. Some people feel a floating sensation, some do not. Others may feel sleepy, some do not. Most people feel relaxed and at ease. What’s most important is to know that how you feel isn’t an indicator of how effective it is. Regardless of what it feels likes - it’s working. I promise.

No, not at all. You have complete control the whole time. You can talk, move your body, even get up and leave. If our call gets disconnected, you may drift into sleep if you’re really relaxed, but eventually you’ll notice that you’re not hearing my voice and open your eyes.

Hypnosis is not magic - it’s a science! It works by creating a burst of alpha brain waves that are the same as when you’re in REM. That’s what allows you to access your subconscious mind. It’s very easy and anyone can do it, you’ll see for yourself when you do it too!

Don’t worry about how deep you go. The depth of trance is not linked to results at all. So don’t get stuck on “Am I deep enough?” Just tell yourself the truth - “This is working” and it will absolutely work.” Just know that it is effective.

There are no negative side effects as a result of hypnosis used during the session. Immediately after a session, you may feel tired, thirsty or need to use the toilet. Generally, clients feel lighter, relaxed and liberated as they have let go and found understanding as to what had been holding them back. They generally find it easier to cope with stressors as well and have a new found confidence and outlook towards life. For some people dealing with more deep rooted complex issues, they may feel emotional for a few days following a session. If you do, be kind to yourself and know that this will not be permanent. Now that you have found understanding, these feelings are just a sign that you are processing changes to shift old habits and behaviours, so you can be free of them.

What makes RTT® amazing is that even if you think you know the reason, you see it in a completely new way. That’s what allows you to change the meaning and ultimately, change your beliefs. And for many clients they go back to scenes that are totally different than what they expected. Just relax and trust that your subconscious mind will show you exactly what you need to see.

If you go back to scenes from your life that are related to things like sexual or physical abuse, or other trauma, it’s important to remember that you are not reliving the scene. Know that you are safe. You are simply reviewing it and viewing it from an accurate perspective. Right now, it's the meaning you've attached to the event that is keeping you stuck. In session we will change your perspective, so you can be free. I will support you and create a safe space for you to express your emotions and heal - you’ll be okay.

There are 3 types of change from RTT® and it is different for everyone. Changes are:
Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away. And immediate changes in physiology, thoughts and behaviours right in the session.
Cumulative: You see consistent shifts every day over time.
Retroactive (lag time): You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all the things that are different in your life.

Rapid Transformational Therapy® isn’t a miracle cure. It can be very effective in providing rapid changes, but you must be committed to ensuring your own recovery and healing. This includes listening to the personalised audio recording, being open to the process and setting yourself up for success by taking the necessary steps to ensure the change is permanent. Think of it as a lifestyle change, you won’t get the results you want unless you put in the work.

The session will change you, but permanent changes will only happen when you listen to your audio recording consecutively for at least 21 days (habit formation) and up to 60 days (lasting change). This is all to do with neuroplasticity. New habits are formed in our brains when we do anything repeatedly, as a vast number of neurons fire in the brain, related to the actions associated and required with the new activity. Our brain knows that this habit of listening to the audio recording is something new, and is different to all the other habits and neural pathways it has already built. So, by repeating the action of listening to the recording daily, your brain realises that this is the beginnings of a new habit and will start to strengthen the neural pathways between the neurons. Repetition is key to forming a new habit! And before you know it, those changes and new healthy beliefs become a part of you.

The great news is, yes it does! In fact, I highly recommend an online session as you can do it within the comfort of your own home. You will however need to ensure that there are no disruptions during the session, that you have a quiet comfortable place to really be present, and that you have good internet connection.
