Rapid Transformational Therapy®️ (RTT®️) is a holistic, solution-focused therapy that combines the most effective elements of several therapeutic approaches, including hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), somatic parts therapy, and other psychotherapies. It is grounded in the latest neuroscience research and epigenetics, offering a comprehensive approach to uncover and resolve the root causes of emotional and behavioral issues. RTT®️ is known for producing fast and long-lasting results, often within one to three sessions.
While RTT®️ does use hypnotherapy as a key component, it goes beyond traditional hypnotherapy. The RTT®️ method incorporates a unique layering of techniques developed by Marisa Peer, the founder of RTT®️, to create transformative change. This integrative approach not only utilizes hypnosis to access the subconscious mind but also employs other strategies to reframe past experiences, release emotional and mental blocks, and rewire the mind for lasting change. Thus, while hypnotherapy is part of RTT®️, the therapy itself is much broader and more comprehensive.

Somatic Trauma-Informed Coaching™️ goes beyond traditional talk therapy—it helps you connect your mind and body to gain a deeper understanding of your emotions and experiences. By integrating a trauma-informed lens, this approach recognises the pervasive impact of trauma on individuals and prioritises safety, trust, and empowerment throughout the process.
By connecting both mind and body, you can gain clarity and develop greater self-awareness of the underlying factors driving your actions, inactions and behaviours. This deeper awareness empowers you to create strategies to move forward with confidence.
Utilising a trauma-informed approach ensures that you feel supported and understood, acknowledging that everyone has unique life experiences. This creates a safe space for you to explore your challenges at your own pace, allowing for a more effective and compassionate coaching experience.

While both Rapid Transformational Therapy®️ (RTT®️) and Somatic Trauma Informed Coaching™️ offer powerful ways to facilitate personal growth and healing, they differ in approach and focus.
RTT®️ is a therapeutic approach designed to access the subconscious mind and quickly identify the root causes of emotional issues, such as anxiety, self-limiting beliefs, or phobias. It combines elements of hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, neuro-linguistic programming, neuroscience and psychotherapy to help clients reframe past experiences and release emotional and mental blocks. RTT®️ typically involves one to three sessions for rapid healing and transformation, targeting the underlying beliefs that drive negative thought patterns, beliefs, actions and behaviours.
Somatic Trauma Informed Coaching™️, on the other hand, goes beyond traditional talk therapy by connecting the mind and body to foster a deeper understanding of emotions and experiences. It integrates a trauma-informed lens that acknowledges the profound impact of trauma, prioritising safety, trust, and empowerment throughout the process. This approach helps clients gain clarity and self-awareness around the factors influencing their actions, behaviors, and inactions. By connecting mind and body, clients can gain greater self-awareness, gain insights, and create strategies to move forward confidently.
While both focus on the mind body connection, RTT®️ focuses on accessing the subconscious mind for rapid change, Somatic Trauma Informed Coaching™️ emphasises the gradual process of reconnecting with self through mind and body. Both can be complementary, providing a holistic pathway to healing by addressing the mental, emotional and physical aspects of well-being.

Choosing the right approach depends on your unique needs and goals. Rapid Transformational Therapy®️ (RTT®️) is ideal if you're looking for a fast, targeted solution to address a specific issue at its root. With its combination of therapeutic techniques, RTT®️ can often produce significant results within one to three sessions, making it suitable for those who want rapid, life-changing outcomes.
On the other hand, Somatic Trauma Informed Coaching™️ might be a better fit if you prefer a gradual approach that integrates the mind and body. This method focuses on building a deeper understanding of your emotions, experiences, and bodily responses. It prioritizes safety and self-awareness, helping you explore challenges at your own pace while considering the impact of trauma.
If you’re unsure which path to take, I offer a free consultation to discuss your specific situation and help you determine the best approach to support your healing journey. Both methods can also be complementary, offering a holistic pathway to well-being by addressing both the subconscious mind and the mind-body connection.

Somatic Trauma Informed Coaching™️ differs from traditional talk therapy in its holistic approach, emphasizing the vital mind-body connection. Traditional talk therapy primarily addresses thoughts and feelings through conversation, often engaging only the conscious mind, which constitutes about 5% of our mental processes. In contrast, Somatic Coaching taps into the unconscious (without hypnosis) and focuses primarily on the body’s sensations and signals. This process helps uncover and address the underlying causes of the challenges you’re experiencing. By tuning into these bodily cues, Somatic Coaching offers a deeper understanding, providing valuable insights and pathways for moving forward in your situation.

Rapid Transformational Therapy®️ (RTT®️) achieves breakthroughs by identifying and addressing the root cause of an issue, rather than merely managing the symptoms. This approach enables RTT®️ to create life-changing, permanent results by eradicating the core problem, leading to powerful, all-encompassing improvements in a person’s life.
RTT®️ therapists are trained to use a variety of techniques and tools to help clients communicate directly with their subconscious mind and resolve blockages that may be limiting their success. Hypnosis plays a central role in RTT®️ as it serves as a tool to access the subconscious mind, where 95% of our thoughts, beliefs, and automatic behaviours are stored. Think of the subconscious as a vast library or vault containing every experience, memory, and belief that shapes our understanding of the world and our place in it.
By using hypnosis, RTT®️ allows us to reach this deeper level of consciousness to uncover the "why, what, where, and how" behind an issue. Many of our beliefs are formed during childhood and can continue to influence our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours in ways that may no longer serve us. RTT®️ enables clients to revisit and reframe these outdated beliefs, providing new perspectives and empowering them to adopt healthier, more constructive behaviours.
In doing so, RTT®️ not only promotes understanding but also facilitates profound shifts in mindset and behaviour, leading to rapid and lasting transformation.

The experience of hypnosis can vary widely. Some people may feel a light, floating sensation, while others might experience a sense of drowsiness or calmness. Many feel simply relaxed and at ease. It's important to understand that there is no "right" way to feel during hypnosis, and the sensation you experience is not an indicator of its effectiveness. Regardless of how it feels, hypnosis is still working.
You don't need to worry about going "deep enough." The depth of the trance does not determine the results. Whether you feel like you're in a light or deep state of hypnosis, the process is still effective. The most important thing is to trust that it is working and to focus on the desired outcomes rather than the depth of the trance. Just remind yourself, "This is working," and you'll experience the benefits.

Both NLP and RTT® can teach you how to better dialogue with your mind, and understand the difference between what your subconscious and conscious mind believe.
However, RTT® has the added, and crucial step of directly accessing and fixing whatever blocks that may be present.
It also uses an additional step known as ‘The Transformation’ which uses specific RTT® therapy methods. With this, clients are able to reach breakthroughs that would not be possible with other techniques.
-
There are no negative side effects as a result of hypnosis used during the session. Immediately after a session, you may feel tired, thirsty or need to use the toilet.
Generally, clients feel lighter, relaxed and liberated as they have let go and found understanding as to what had been holding them back. They generally find it easier to cope with stressors as well and have a new found confidence and outlook towards life.
For some people dealing with more deep rooted complex issues, they may feel emotional for a few days following a session. If you do, be kind to yourself and know that this will not be permanent. Now that you have found understanding, these feelings are just a sign that you are processing changes to shift old habits and behaviours, so you can be free of them.
-
If you go back to scenes from your life that are related to things like sexual or physical abuse, or other trauma, it’s important to remember that you are not reliving the scene. You are simply reviewing it and that you are safe. I will support you and create a safe space for you to express your emotions and heal - you’ll be okay.
-
What makes RTT® amazing is that even if you think you know the reason, you see it in a completely new way. That’s what allows you to change the meaning and ultimately, change your beliefs. And for many clients they go back to scenes that are totally different than what they expected. Just relax and trust that your subconscious mind will show you exactly what you need to see.
-
There are 3 types of change from RTT® and it is different for everyone. Changes are:
Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away. And immediate changes in physiology, thoughts and behaviours right in the session.
Cumulative: You see consistent shifts every day over time.
Retroactive (lag time): You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all the things that are different in your life.
-
The session will change you, but permanent changes will only happen when you listen to your audio recording consecutively for at least 21 days. This is all to do with neuroplasticity.
New habits are formed in our brains when we do anything repeatedly, as a vast number of neurons fire in the brain, related to the actions associated and required with the new activity.
Our brain knows that this habit of listening to the audio recording is something new, and is different to all the other habits and neural pathways it has already built.
So by repeating the action of listening to the recording daily, your brain realises that this is the beginnings of a new habit and will start to strengthen the neural pathways between the neurons.
Repetition is key to forming a new habit! And before you know it, those changes and new healthy beliefs become a part of you.

RTT® is designed to give you a powerful breakthrough and create big changes in your life. Some clients may need more than one RTT® session on a particular issue, depending on how deep it is, it can take up to 3 sessions.

The great news is, yes it does! In fact, I highly recommend an online session as you can do it within the comfort of your own home.
You will however need to ensure that there are no disruptions during the session, that you have a quiet comfortable place to really be present, and that you have good internet connection.

Rapid Transformational Therapy® isn’t a miracle cure. It can be very effective in providing rapid changes, but you must be committed to ensuring your own recovery and healing. This includes listening to the personalised audio recording, being open to the process and setting yourself up for success by taking the necessary steps to ensure the change is permanent.
Think of it as a lifestyle change, you won’t get the results you want unless you put in the work.
