My Personal Journey

I believe in a holistic mind-body approach, because I’ve experienced their life-changing effects firsthand. Before discovering Rapid Transformational Therapy®️ (RTT®️), I felt broken, questioning whether I would ever find relief from anxiety, depression, and burnout. I felt trapped in an unfulfilling career and life, longing for a way to break free. I lacked purpose, self-belief, and self-worth, frequently visiting doctors and attending weekly therapy sessions without experiencing the deep changes I needed.

Everything shifted when I found Marisa Peer and RTT®️. It helped me transform unhelpful behaviours, heal core emotional wounds, and break free from cycles of pain and turmoil. Through RTT®️, I was able to access the root causes of my struggles and create lasting change, which was something I hadn’t been able to achieve through other methods.

I added Somatic Trauma Informed Coaching™️ as an extension of my practice because I recognise that not everyone is ready to dive straight into the deep work of RTT®️. Sometimes, taking that first step can feel daunting, especially when dealing with overwhelming emotions, mental turmoil or physical discomfort. Somatic Coaching offers a gentle and accessible starting point, helping you connect with your mind and body. It’s an empowering way to begin your healing journey, laying the groundwork for deeper transformation when you’re ready to explore RTT®️.

What is the difference between Somatic Coaching and traditional talk therapy?

Somatic Trauma Informed Coaching™️ differs from traditional talk therapy in its holistic approach, emphasizing the vital mind-body connection. Traditional talk therapy primarily addresses thoughts and feelings through conversation, often engaging only the conscious mind, which constitutes about 5% of our mental processes. In contrast, Somatic Coaching taps into the unconscious (without hypnosis) and focuses primarily on the body’s sensations and signals.
